Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Speech Language Pathology Assistant to support K–12 students with autism, emotional/behavioral challenges, and other special needs in specialized school and in-district settings. Under the supervision of an SLP, you will deliver IEP-based speech and language interventions, run small-group and individual sessions, collect and document data, and assist with assessments and progress reports. You’ll collaborate with teachers, behavior teams, and families, contribute to classroom communication supports, and participate in ongoing training within our mission-driven, student-focused organization.
