Providing virtual speech therapy to K-12 students, the part-time South Carolina Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will manage a caseload using online education tools while ensuring compliance with state policies and maintaining communication with students, parents, and school staff. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality speech language services and implement individual and group therapy in a virtual setting Conduct screenings and evaluations of students' communication needs while maintaining accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to ensure IEP goals are met for students with speech/language needs Required qualifications MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence Active/valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure in Speech Pathology in the state of residence Minimum of 2 years of experience in a K-12 school setting Strong technology skills and ability to work independently Ability to obtain and maintain multiple required state certifications and clearances
