An opportunity is available for a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support middle school students with speech and language needs. This contract position is centered in Champlin, MN, offering a balance of onsite and teletherapy service delivery, with onsite work preferred but virtual arrangements considered. Responsibilities Include Delivering speech and language therapy services to middle school students. Utilizing teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions effectively. Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop individualized therapy plans. Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes. Adhering to state licensure and district guidelines for speech-language pathology services. Qualifications Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; pending licenses will not be accepted. Experience providing therapy via telepractice and familiarity with virtual speech-language assessment and intervention. Proven ability to manage a caseload within a school environment, preferably middle school level. Commitment to complying with Minnesota’s 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) law to avoid exceeding 40 working hours per week. Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families. This contract is scheduled from ASAP through June 8, 2026, with an expected caseload of approximately 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE). The setting primarily serves middle school students and supports both onsite and teletherapy models. Compensation for this position ranges from $40.68 to $60.68.
