Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking an SLP Supervisor at Agawam Rehab and Nursing. This leadership role combines resident care with the opportunity to guide speech-language pathology services and support fellow clinicians in a skilled nursing setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide evaluations and treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing needs
- Support SLP staff with clinical questions, documentation, and care planning
- Coordinate with nursing, therapy, and facility leadership on resident needs
- Help maintain consistent clinical practices and timely documentation
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)

- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
