In this role, you will assess communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized, outcome-driven treatment plans; and provide evidence-based therapy to support functional independence and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in care planning.
