Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Previous experience working in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong ability to design and implement IEPs
- Comfort providing speech and language services to students with varied needs, ages preschool through grade 12
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedicated, adaptable, and compassionate approach to supporting student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy and intervention to students with speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
