As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, providing speech-language therapy services to promote communication, swallowing, and cognitive functioning. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care possible.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide speech-language therapy services, including individual and group sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field from an accredited institution
• Possession of a current license to practice as an SLP (e.g., CCC-SLP)
• Minimum of (insert minimum years of experience) years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work with a diverse range of residents and staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to (insert weight/amount) pounds, if necessary
