Conduct thorough evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing standardized assessments and observational methods.

Deliver individualized speech therapy focusing on communication methods, language development, fluency enhancement, vocal training, and swallowing safety.
Collaborate with an integrated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to devise coherent care plans.
Facilitate education for patients and families to bolster progress outside of sessions.
Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure a seamless treatment experience for patients.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.
Stay abreast of innovations in the field through professional development and peer interaction.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not ASHA-certified.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of hiring.
Solid grasp of evidence-based treatment practices for diverse age groups, possessing a deep appreciation for both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
