Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing safety in a supportive rehab environment.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and quality of life
• Provide therapy services for residents recovering from neurological, medical, and post‑acute conditions
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Track resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
