Your expertise plays a crucial part in building confidence and academic success for children with speech and language needs.
Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility for licensure
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates also considered
* Previous experience working with school-aged children a plus
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
* Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans for a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
* Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students goals
* Deliver small group and one-on-one speech therapy sessions
* Track student progress and maintain accurate, compliant records
* Partner with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student growth
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team
