Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Steele, AL

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates also considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans for a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students goals
• Deliver small group and one-on-one speech therapy sessions
• Track student progress and maintain accurate, compliant records
• Partner with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team
