Conduct thorough evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing standardized and observational assessments.

Design customized therapy plans that cater to patients' immediate needs while also focusing on long-term communication and swallowing goals.

Engage in one-on-one therapeutic interventions addressing speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing concerns.

Collaborate seamlessly with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop holistic care strategies.

Provide education and resources for patients and families to encourage success beyond our clinical settings.

Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a smooth continuum of care throughout the patient journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies.

Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in the field through continuous education and teamwork.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
