A Per-Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/ ST) position is available in a senior living community that offers assisted living, independent living and memory care settings.
We also offer a Per-Diem Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP) position in a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in the assisted living, independent living, memory care, and sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility settings.
- Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive teamwork environment.
- Deliver therapy with a patient-centered approach, ensuring highest quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic records and Microsoft Office tools.
- Show flexibility with shift hours.
Qualifications
- Valid or license‑eligible Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP/ST/CFY) in the state of employment.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation experience.
- Attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- Flexibility regarding schedule.
