Deliver individual speech therapy sessions addressing aspects such as fluency, voice, and language.

Work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to devise comprehensive care plans.

Provide education for patients and families to encourage progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions for speech therapy, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Maintain precise and prompt documentation adhering to relevant state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

Stay informed about advancements in the field through continuous education and peer coordination.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Satisfactory completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based practice for individuals of all ages, with extensive knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Ability to tailor intervention strategies to individual cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgment and effective problem-solving skills.

Adept at using electronic medical records and maintaining documentation standards.
