We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Modesto, CA. • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated rate range: $55-60/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location
• Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current CA SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered when supervision is available
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
