Relient Health is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments acrossMissouri. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement SLP positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).


Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.


Current SLP openings available in:


Independence, Saint Joseph, Warrensburg, and additionalMissourimarkets.

Note: Facility requirements vary - some positions require ASHA CCC, while others accept strong CFs. CF supervision availability depends on the specific facility.


Compensation & Benefits


Competitive statewide SLP salary range:$34-42/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)

Clinical Responsibilities



  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans

  • Provide skilled SLP services in a rehabilitation setting

  • Complete standardized assessments and documentation in EMR systems

  • Collaborate with SLPAs, rehab professionals, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Support patient progress toward improved communication, safety, and independence


Required Qualifications



  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Master’s program

  • ActiveMissouriSLP license, or eligibility/pending licensure

  • Ability to work full-time in one of the listedMissourimarkets

  • Authorized to work in the United States
