Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patients' communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely
• Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research
