Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose sleep-related language and communication disorders
- Develop and implement evidence-based sleep language therapy plans
- Conduct on-site patient evaluations and document progress in records
- Track outcomes with measurable targets and maintain accurate pipelines
- Stay current with clinical guidelines and participate in continuous professional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and referrals
- Educate patients and caregivers on sleep language strategies and home exercises
- Generate and manage timely reports on caseload, progress, and billing codes
- Identify opportunities for service expansion within the territory based on data
- Maintain high on-site presence, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols
- Advise on equipment needs and contribute to service delivery optimization
Experience / Qualifications
- Licensed SLP with specialization in sleep-related language disorders
- Experience diagnosing and treating sleep-language communication disorders
- Develop and implement evidence-based sleep language therapy plans
- Ability to track outcomes with measurable targets and maintain pipelines
- On-site patient evaluations with meticulous documentation in records
- Stay current with clinical guidelines; engage in professional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and manage referrals
- Generate and manage timely reports on caseload, progress, and billing codes
- Contract role readiness with ability to meet performance targets in a growth-focused culture
