Job Responsibilities:
•Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
•Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals
•Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
•Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning
•Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
•Support students in achieving communication goals that enhance classroom participation and learning
Requirements
•Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington
•Current ESA certification required
•School-based experience preferred
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
