Job Description
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Kent County, Delaware for the School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.

• Schedule : 37.5 hours per week
• Contract Type : W2 - Full time benefits available
• Start Date : As soon as cleared to start
• End Date : School Year
• Work Arrangement : In Person

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based - Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
• Active Temporary or Permanent DE SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
• School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
