What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST):
- Provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions in partnership with the Case Manager
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication
- Serve as an educator, patient advocate, and a member of the interdisciplinary care team
