Position Summary:

We’re hiring a motivated, compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person, school-based speech therapy to students in Concord, CA. Whether you’re an experienced SLP or CFY clinician, you’ll deliver evidence-based, individualized therapy for speech, language, fluency, voice, and AAC needs—all while collaborating closely with educators and families to create meaningful progress.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify student needs
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver in-person direct therapy in 1:1 and group settings for diverse communication disorders
• Utilize evidence-based techniques including articulation therapy, language intervention, fluency shaping, and AAC device support
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, therapists, and families to foster student success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
• Lead and actively participate in IEP meetings with a focus on student-centered goals
• Support students’ communication skills to improve academic and social outcomes

Who You Are:

• Licensed or license-eligible Speech Language Pathologist in California (CCC-SLP strongly preferred)
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome and supported
• Passionate about working in school-based speech therapy with children of all ages
• Skilled in using evidence-based assessment tools and therapy techniques
• Comfortable with AAC devices and assistive technology
• Strong communicator and team player committed to collaboration and student advocacy
