Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rosenberg, TX

With a full-time, on-site assignment for the upcoming school year, you'll have the chance to make a lasting difference by promoting clear communication and academic success in grades 6-8 or 10-12, based on your preference.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Texas SLP licensure, as well as Florida SLP license
• Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy for adolescents
• Confidence managing a caseload of 50-60 students
• Ability to provide the full scope of SLP duties, including direct therapy, participating in ARD meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across assigned school locations, always considering the proximity to your home ZIP code for assignments
• Completion of required district fingerprinting (may be waived if you have prints already on file)
• Willingness to participate in a brief prescreen interview as part of the selection process

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
• Conduct comprehensive ARD planning, attend meetings, and complete all required documentation
• Administer assessments and collaborate with educators and families to craft support strategies
• Balance your caseload and time management across middle and high school campuses
