Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Georgia

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy services, located in Columbus, GA. This full-time position requires commitment to at least 37.5 hours per week, providing direct therapy to students across the district with possible additional pre- and post-planning days.

The role involves delivering high-quality virtual speech therapy services with a flexible caseload. Candidates will work closely with district representatives to determine placement based on age group preferences and professional experience. Daily logging of therapy sessions is mandatory for documentation purposes.

Qualifications and experience sought include:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Georgia Educator Certification for SLPs (candidates without certification may be interviewed but must obtain it before starting)
• Proven experience delivering virtual speech therapy services in school settings
• Strong organizational skills for timely completion of daily service logs
• Ability to adapt to various student needs and caseload requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students via teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with district staff to tailor services according to student needs and preferences
• Maintain thorough and accurate daily documentation of therapy sessions
• Participate in interviews to assist placement within appropriate age groups
• Support district goals for speech-language services through effective teletherapy practices

This contract assignment will begin as soon as possible and continue through May 21st, 2027.
