SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST SLP‑Rehab

Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem‑solving skills
