Contract position
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities
* Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
* Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
* Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
* Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
* Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or CFY eligibility
* Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
