Your Role as a Home Health Speech‑Language Pathologist

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete OASIS documentation as required
• Document visits using streamlined, AI‑assisted technology

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Speech‑Language Pathologist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• OASIS/Medicare documentation experience preferred
