PRN Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity in Shawano, WI with Continuum Therapy Partners for Shawano Health Services, Birch Hill Health Services, and Evergreen Health Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
- Perform assessments and develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.
- Document progress notes and coordinate with the rehabilitation team and care providers.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- PRN employment status; ability to cover shifts as needed.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
