Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our therapy team at Wellspring Frankenmuth in Frankenmuth, MI, a skilled nursing community known for its collaborative staff and strong therapy culture.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized plans of care focused on safety, communication, and quality of life
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy colleagues, and physicians
• Complete timely documentation and support patient‑centered outcomes

Requirements

• Current Michigan Speech‑Language Pathologist license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• SNF experience preferred, but not required
