Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Schedule: PRN / As Needed
Looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility in Bryan, Ohio.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing and other members of the therapy team
- Document services and progress efficiently
- Help residents improve function, communication, safety, and quality of life
What We're Looking For
- Current Ohio SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience in SNF/geriatric rehab is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and compassionate approach to patient care
