Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)- Per Diem- Northern Riverview

Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Speech Language Pathology (SLP) position to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents & develop treatment plans.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
• Observe and assess the progress & prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contribute to a team effort.

Minimum SLP Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited SLP Program
• Current New York State SLP License
