Speech Language Pathologist
Seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and deliver high-quality therapy services to children. In this role, you will work across schools, clinics, and home settings, helping kids overcome speech, language, and communication challenges so they can reach their full potential.
Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time/Part-Time) - Multiple Locations in California
Locations: Dixon (School), Soledad (School), Placer (School), Concord (School), Tracy (School), Elk Grove (School) and Stockton (Clinic + In-Home)

Responsibilities
• Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide direct therapy to support children's communication skills and development.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting goals and plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, healthcare professionals, and families for consistent support.
• Provide caregiver training and resources to reinforce therapy at home.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based assessment and therapy practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
