What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized, high-quality speech therapy evaluations and treatments
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships while supporting residents’ mobility, strength, and independence
• Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
• Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared
• Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction

What You’ll Bring

• Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Speech Therapy license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to quality care
