What You'll Do

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, dietary, and medical teams to maximize resident outcomes
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Net Health and PCC
  • Help residents achieve their highest level of communication, cognition, safety, and independence

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Current Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility for licensure
  • CFY candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for serving the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing/Long‑Term Care setting
