Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Napa, CA

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting the communication needs of students within a dynamic school environment in the Napa, CA area. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), youll focus exclusively on onsite, in-person work during the academic year. Full-time schedules (37.5 hours per week) are available, beginning August 11, 2026, and running through June 6, 2027.

Choose from several engaging caseload configurations, each designed to impact students at different developmental levels:

• Serve students in two Special Day Classes (High and Post-Secondary) for Intensive and Mild/Moderate needs (single site).
• Split time across two sites: Special Day Class (Middle, Intensive and Mild/Moderate) and Special Day Class (Elementary).
• Support a Mild/Moderate program for Transitional Kindergarten through fifth grade at one site.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active California SLP license and current CCC required
• Experience with Special Day Classes and a variety of support levels preferred
• Familiarity with school-based caseloads, IEP development, and inter-disciplinary communication
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with school staff and students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy services
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Foster communication development supporting academic and social success
