As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll provide critical services to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary-aged students. Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
  • Deliver engaging direct therapy, both individual and group, to foster language development and communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students academic and social success
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
