Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans
- Work closely with nursing and dietary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Educate residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
