Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team at Countryside Post‑Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their communication skills and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients with a range of conditions and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient communication and swallowing needs.
- Provide speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions, as well as carry‑over exercises and activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and goal achievement.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Participate in patient care conferences and family meetings to discuss treatment progress and goals.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP).
- Clinical fellowship (CF) complete.
- Current licensure or certification in the state of Tennessee.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
