As a licensed SLP, you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain and maintain their communication and swallowing skills. Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records and documentation
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service training to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active certification in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible for certification
• Licensure to practice as a speech-language pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
