Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Kalispell, Montana
Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift, 36 Hours Weekly
Join Logan Health, where we empower patients to communicate and thrive. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing challenges and restore confidence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
- Deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered therapy in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, establish functional goals, and document progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
- Participate in departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and programs that enhance rehabilitation services across the continuum of care.
Qualifications
- Current Montana Speech/Language Pathology License (required).
- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Two (2) years of experience in speech‑language pathology preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for patient care and continuous learning.
