Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Triangle, VA

Experience an engaging and flexible role supporting students as a hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist. Located just south of Washington DC, this assignment offers the perfect blend of in-person and remote work, with three days onsite in the school district and two days dedicated to virtual meetings, teletherapy, and collaboration from your home office.
Your expertise will support a dynamic and varied caseload, with school assignments and student age groups determined based on district needs. You'll play a vital role in helping students develop essential communication skills, all while enjoying the benefits of a hybrid schedule.
Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Ability to balance in-person and teletherapy responsibilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Must complete a Virginia Department of Social Services background check and provide a recent TB test (time-sensitive requirements)
• Experience with hybrid service delivery models a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
• Conduct evaluations and collaborate with IEP teams
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation in compliance with district guidelines
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, staff, and administration
• Attend meetings and contribute to student plans, both in-person and virtually

This contract runs from early August 2026 through late May 2027, offering a full 37.5-hour work week with the convenience of hybrid scheduling. The assignment locations and caseloads may vary, allowing for professional growth and a diverse workday.
