Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with elementary-age students in a school environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Offer consultation, resources, and support for teachers and parents regarding student communication needs
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
