Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Osseo, MN

If you’re a Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping elementary-age students achieve communication milestones, this contract-to-hire opportunity near Osseo, MN, may be the perfect fit. Work full-time (or part-time with flexible scheduling) in a supportive setting where you’ll collaborate closely with young learners on language, articulation, and fluency.

Ideal candidates possess current SLP licensure in Minnesota, and whether you’re CCC, CFY, or an SLPA, your experience is valued. While there is an openness to reviewing SLPA resumes at this time, interviews and offers are initially focused on candidates with full certification.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota SLP license (CFY or CCC highly desirable)
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary students
• Strong background in speech and language therapy, including group and 1:1 interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans for language, articulation, and fluency

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to elementary-aged students, both individually and in small groups (2-3 students)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders impacting educational performance
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records and progress documentation
• Participate in team meetings and IEP development as needed

This role offers school-day hours (7:30am 4:00pm) and the flexibility to work either a full-time (around 40 hours per week) or part-time schedule. You’ll be welcomed into a friendly and dedicated community of educators focused on student growth and success.
