- Solid skills in assessment, communication, and collaboration with staff and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to a caseload of up to 30 students, concentrating on Kindergarten through 5th grade
- Conduct evaluations to determine speech-language service eligibility
- Develop and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Partner with educators and families to create positive learning environments supporting student achievement
- Maintain compliance, data collection, and service documentation using Ed-plan
