Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Galt, CA

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged clients highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary group

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language concerns
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans targeting specific communication goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions focusing on a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Carefully document student progress and therapy outcomes
• Work collaboratively with other professionals, educators, and staff to ensure well-rounded care
• Educate and involve families in the therapy process, supporting carryover and engagement at home
