Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is a bonus, but not required
- Assess students' speech, language, and communication skills using formal and informal measures
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and support to students, educators, and families regarding communication strategies
