Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Columbia, SC

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligible for licensure) to practice as an SLP in South Carolina
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and student-centered service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders within the school environment
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation as required
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to holistic student care
