Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and valid SLP license for the state of Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, though not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy services to students with a variety of needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor ongoing progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design effective interventions
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student success
- Offer consultation and in-service training to educational teams when appropriate
