Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Carlisle, PA

Exciting contract opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and experienced SLPAs in various school settings nearby. Positions are full-time (35 hours per week) within Early Childhood programs, with anticipated start dates for the academic year. Openings are offered in Harrisburg, Perry County, and Upper Dauphin areas, supporting students with a caseload of approximately 45.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs is required
• Will also consider skilled and experienced SLPAs
• State licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
• Background in Early Childhood or preschool speech services is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for making a difference in students' lives
• Ability to manage a moderate caseload
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for early learners
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student growth
• Maintain consistent documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment for all students
