Conduct thorough evaluations for clients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing standardized tests and observation techniques.

Craft individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing both immediate and long-term goals related to communication, cognitive function, or swallowing capabilities.

Deliver targeted one-on-one speech therapy focused on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.

Collaborate with a dedicated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and caregivers to implement a seamless and comprehensive care plan.

Educate patients and their families to foster progress outside of clinical settings.

Occasionally handle inpatient evaluations and interventions to provide consistent care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Ensure all patient documentation is maintained accurately and adheres to relevant state, federal, and organization guidelines.

Engage in ongoing education and collaborative learning to remain at the forefront of the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment for diverse age groups and a strong grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing issues.

Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to tailor therapeutic techniques to accommodate various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
